A Few Things Worth Knowing

On Photo Counts

The photo counts listed are minimums, not caps. Most properties end up with more photos than listed because no great angle gets skipped to hit a number. You'll always receive full coverage of what the home needs.

On Video Formats (Horizontal vs. Vertical)

Horizontal (MLS, YouTube) and vertical (Reels, TikTok) are fundamentally different shoots — angles, movement, and pacing don't translate between formats. Cropping one to the other loses framing and flow. Each tier includes one format of your choice. The second format is $200 (separate shoot + edit). Most agents choose horizontal for MLS and add vertical when pushing a listing on social.

On Twilight Photos

Tier 3 includes virtual twilight — professionally converted day-to-dusk exterior images with warm lighting and dramatic sky. These are included at no charge. Real on-site twilight (natural golden hour light) requires a separate trip at sunset and is available as a $200 flat add-on for any tier.
